I am so in love with this place. I needed some work done on an exhaust leak. I packed a lunch, brought my laptop and work stuff, expecting to be here a few hours at least. 5 minutes after I arrive, Alex says it will be $200 and 30 - 45 minutes. I did the "I am not worthy, I am not worthy, I am not worthy," worship. Sure enough, its done 30 minutes later. I couldn't be happier.

Great price and I love my hitch! I brought in my own to install , they seemed really on top of things.

They did a great job at servicing my Toyota Highlander with a new catalytic converter and hoses at a very good price. Would highly recommend them.

Great experience with Alex at Collins Muffler. Dropped my car off near closing on a Monday for a hole in the flex pipe and it was ready by 1pm the next day. Alex was also willing to work with me on price. Great experience. And the car sounds like new again.

Very happy with the work performed ! I have a modified Subaru that was quite noisy; wanted to quiet it down without hurting the performance. They recommended some mufflers, built them into the system and wow ! Almost too quiet 😛

They ordered a Class III Curt hitch receiver perfectly fitted for my 2020 Subaru Forester Sport and installed it quickly. They were direct and transparent about the pricing and process.

Someone tried to steal the Catalytic Converter on my Prius and these guys were able to have the car towed there diagnose the damage call me with multiple options weld the cuts replace the 02 sensor repair the cut wires plus replace the bolts that were removed. Get this they did it all in one day. Car was ready and is now good to go. I even called back the next day and asked if they could check something out for me they said sure no problem bring it down I can do that for free. I dealt with a guy named Raul. Can't recommend these guys high enough.

Guillermo has taken care of my 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser twice now. They had me out within 30 minutes of my appointment to repair a leak in my exhaust. The welds are top notch and price for labor and parts was very reasonable. Would highly recommend for anyone needing exhaust repair.

My catalytic converter was stolen and I took it to these guys for replacement. They were great to work with. Reasonable price for a high quality aftermarket component. They were friendly, professional and worked with my insurance company. I would definitely come here again!

Took in my Ford explorer, was having horsepower issues. at first I thought it was the transmission, transmission shop told me to check exhaust. Collins muffler checked it within two minutes of me getting there! They let me know that two out of three of my Cadillac converters are possibly bad and to start off with replacing two of them instead of all three to see if they would fix the issue. super happy that they suggested that because it save me an extra 500 and also did fix the issue with only replacing the two cats!! Would recommend these guys to anybody and everybody this will be my go-to shop if I ever have any exhaust issues or upgrade!!

I just recently had my Ford explorer lose power on me. I thought it was a transmission issue, ended up having the transmission shop say to check out the exhaust. came here they told me I was having back pressure and that tw of my cats were bad. I have three Cadillac converters on my car he suggested changing out two of them instead of paying for the third one to first check to see if that will fix the problem. Super stoked it did fix the problem! He charged me fairly! was fast! easy! very appreciative of these guys! would recommend them to anybody!! this will be my go-to shop if I was ever have exhaust issues

I took my Q50 in for a muffler delete and had the guys install my axle-back pipes. They did so very quickly, professionally and were able to easily sort out a manfucturing issue with the pipes. The exhaust looks great, sounds even better! Definitely will come to them again in the future!

Really informative and not pushy. My 2011 range rover had hitch added, so a hardwired brake controller isn't possible.. they gave me a bunch of other wireless options to think over. Nice guys.

Randy and Alex took care of my quickly. I stopped by Saturday morning for exhaust work. Randy said to come back in two hours. We returned at 11am and had them do a muffler delete, which they did expertly and quickly. My new exhaust note sounds awesome and looks great with the chrome rolled tips.

My husband brought in our new Tahoe because I wanted the V8 to sound like, well, a V8. They were willing to see us within the hour and when he pulled up the vehicle was on the lift within 2 minutes being worked on! They promised him 45 minutes until complete. They had it done in 40 and delivered. The Tahoe sounds exactly how I wanted and how they promised it would. Very pleased with Randy Collins and crew.

I took Randy a very tough job, a complete exhaust system on a 1930 Ford with a 1957 Chevy engine. Space under the car was very limited and every portion had to be custom made. In the middle of that, Randy's No.2 guy was going through a divorce and was clearly not at his best.

The point of my review is to verify the "character" of Randy. He was determined to make me be satisfied, and went to every extra effort to make that happen. He succeeded! I am very pleased with the whole job, and especially appreciative of Randy for making sure I was satisfied.

Alex and his boss were great ...they fixed my mother's hospital bed railing weld in no time and with a very reasonable price. Next time I need welding of any type, I know where to go.

I came in here to have a front muffler deletion on my new Lexus NX300 and I am very pleased with the work that was done on my car. Their recommendation to create the exhaust sound I wanted was spot on, the welding was fantastic and my car exhaust now has just a slightly menacing growl with a beautiful base and no drone. These guys know what they're doing and know what needs to be done to get you what you want without going overboard. People hear the sexy growl of my car now and I won't ever get a ticket for having an illegal muffler.

I had purchased an OEM Acura trailer hitch online for my car, and was looking for someone local to put the hitch on. I took a fuel tank bracket that had broken on my C4500 down there to see if they could weld it up for me. They were busy but still took the time to do the job. He sanded the part clean, welded it back together and painted it black. I was expecting the normal 1-hour charge even for the small job but walked out happy about the quality of work and the price paid.

I will be taking my truck here when I make the changes to the exhaust.

Randy, Alex and Nelson are great I took my 2013 M3 to randy and he did some custom exhaust work for me at a great price and my M3 sounds unreal. I would recommend Collins to anyone in the Orange County area. Make the drive its worth it.

I called one morning to get a cat back muffler installed on my tundra. He said I could bring it by that day and he'd have it done the same day. I brought it by around 2, it was finished by the time I was off work at 5. For quick service and great quality, Collin's muffler charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Collins Muffler and Hitch! The owner Randy was knowledgeable, honest and great to work with. I had new brakes installed on my Landrover. I chose the top of the line rotors and my bill was still less than what I was quoted by other mechanic shops.
